The Divan Consort is a chamber music group based in Southern California. It is founded by pianist Füreya Ünal in 2009, mostly focusing on 20th and 21st century composers. The members of Divan Consort are award winning musicians from the US, Turkey, Hungary and Portugal. The main body of the group is piano, voice (soprano), violin, cello, oboe and clarinet. Divan Consort regularly brings guest musicians to perform compositions that would need other instruments.
